These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules 2007(No.2).
Commencement
These Rules commence on 15 December 2007.
Amendment of the Schedule to the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2007 (No.4)
These Rules amend the Schedule to the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2007 (No.4) dated 27 November 2007 to commence on 15 December 2007, as set out below:
3.1Part A – Prostheses, at page 180 of 725, for the Billing Code OH260, under the heading “Minimum Benefit” delete $412.00 and insert $42.00; under the heading “Maximum Benefit” delete $580.00; and under the heading “Notations” insert “The price indicated is per unit and there are 10 units per pack”.
