1Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Lifetime Health Cover) Amendment Rules 20 10.

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on the day after registration.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Lifetime Health Cover) Rules 2007

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Lifetime Health Cover) Rules 2007.

Schedule ― Amendments

[1]Part 2, clause 4 (a):

Delete Department of the Environment and Heritage, substitute:

Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and

Communities

[2]Part 3, subclause 9 (1)(c):

Delete Department of the Environment and Heritage, substitute:

Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and

Communities
