1 Name of Rules These Rules are the
Private Health Insurance (Levy Administration) Amendment Rules 20 14 .
These Rules commence on 20 May 2014
The schedule amends the
Private Health Insurance (Levy Administration) Rules 2010.
Delete the words “is 21 days after the imposition day.” and replace them with the following:
“is:
(a) for the first imposition day imposed in 2014, 50 days after that imposition day; and
(b) for any imposition day thereafter, 21 days after the imposition day.”.
