These Rules are the
Private Health Insurance (Insurer Obligations) Amendment Rules 2011 (No. 1) .
These Rules commence on the day after they are registered.
3 Amendment of Private Health Insurance (Insurer Obligations) Rules 2009 Schedule 1 amends the
Private Health Insurance (Insurer Obligations) Rules 2009 .

substitute
(b) prepare the report in accordance with the
Professional Standard 600: Financial Condition Reports for Private Health Insurers , made by the Institute of Actuaries of Australia in June 2011, as in effect immediately before the commencement of this paragraph; and
1. All legislative instruments and compilations are registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments kept under the
Legislative Instruments Act 2003. See
