These Regulations are the Private Health Insurance Incentives Repeal Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 30 September 2007.

  1. Repeal of Private Health Insurance Incentives Regulations 1998

The Private Health Insurance Incentives Regulations 1998 are repealed.
