1Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Amendment Rules 2009 (No. 1) .

2Commencement

These Rules commence as follows:

  1. (a)

    on 1 July 2009 — rules 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

  2. (b)

    on 1 July 2010 — Schedule 2.

3Amendment of Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Rules 2007

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Rules 2007.
