1.Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2016 (No. 5).

2.Commencement

These Rules are to commence immediately on commencement of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2016 (No. 4).

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2015

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2015 as amended.
