These Rules are the
These Rules commence on 1 July 2014, or if registered after 1 July 2014, the day after registration.
These Rules are made under item 3 of the table in section 333-20 of the
Private Health Insurance Act 2007 .
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Omit subparagraph 8A(3)(a)(i) and substitute:
(i) Australian Capital Territory - $55.80;
