SCHEDULE - AMENDMENTS

Part 1Preliminary

1.Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2010 (No.2).

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on:

1. (a)

   1 July 2010; or

(b) if registered after 1 July 2010, the day after registration.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010.

Schedule – Amendments

[1]Part 2, Paragraph 8A(3)(a)

Delete subparagraph 8A(3)(a)(i), substitute:

(i) Australian Capital Territory – $47.35;

Delete subparagraph 8A(3)(a)(iii), substitute:

(iii) Northern Territory – $47.35;
