  1. Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Amendment Rules 2012.

  1. Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 22 November 2012; or

(b) if these Rules are registered after 22 November 2012, on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Rules 2007

The schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Rules 2007.

Schedule - Amendments

  1. Subrule 6(1)

Delete 49,100,000, substitute:

52,975,000

  1. Subrule 7(1)

Delete 49,100,000, substitute:

52,975,000
