I, NICOLA ROXON, Minister for Health and Ageing, make these Rules under section 8 of the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Act 1995.

Part 1        Preliminary

1. Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Amendment Rules 2010.

1. Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a)1 December 2010; or

(b)if these Rules are registered after 1 December 2010 – on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Rules 2007

The schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Rules 2007.

Schedule - Amendments

1. Subrule 6(1)

Delete 47,950,000, substitute:

49,100,000

1. Subrule 7(1)

Delete 47,950,000, substitute:

49,100,000
