Schedule 1—Amendments

This instrument is the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2018 (No. 4).

2Commencement

This instrument commences 20 September 2018.

3Authority

This instrument is made under item 3A of the table in section 333-20 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
