These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 20 16 (No. 6).

2.Commencement

These Rules are to commence immediately on commencement of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2016 (No. 5).

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011

Schedule A amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011 as amended.
