These Rules are the
Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 20 12 (No. 5).
These Rules commence on:
(a) 20 September 2012; or
(b) if registered after 20 September 2012, the day after registration.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 201 1 Schedules A and B amend the
Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 201 1 as amended.
