Part 1        Preliminary

1           Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 2).

2.          Commencement

These Amendment Rules commence on the day after registration.

3.          Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011.
