Part 1 Preliminary
1 Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 1).
2. Commencement
These Rules commence on:
(a) 20 March 2012; or
(b) if registered after 20 March 2012, the day after registration.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011
