Part 1        Preliminary

1           Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2011 (No. 8).

2.          Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 20 September 2011; or

(b) if registered after 20 September 2011, the day after registration.

3.          Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010

Schedules A, B and C amend the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010 as amended.
