Part 1Preliminary

1Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 20 11 (No. 8).

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 20 September 2011; or

(b) if registered after 20 September 2011, the day after registration.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010

Schedules A, B and C amend the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010 as amended.
