1 Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2011 (No.4).
2. Commencement
These Rules commence on:
(a) 1 July 2011; or
(b) if registered after 1 July 2011, the day after registration.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010
The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010 as amended.
