These Rules are the
Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 20 11 (No.4).
These Rules commence on:
(a) 1 July 2011; or
(b) if registered after 1 July 2011, the day after registration.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 20 10 The Schedule amends the
Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010 as amended.
The table in Clause 4 of Schedule 5 of the
Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010 is amended as set out below:After:
