1           Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2011 (No. 2).

2.          Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 20 March 2011; or

(b) if registered after 20 March 2011, the day after registration.

3.          Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2011

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010 as amended.
