Part 1        Preliminary

1           Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2010 (No.3).

2.          Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 1 July 2010; or

(b) if registered after 1 July 2010, the day after registration.

3.          Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010.
