1Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2009 (No.7).

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on :

(a) 1 November 2009; or

(b) if registered after 1 November 2009, the day after registration.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2009 (No. 2)

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2009 (No.2).
