1 Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2009 (No.5).

2. Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 20 September 2009; or

(b) if registered after 20 September 2009, the day after registration.

3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2009 (No.2)
