1Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2009 (No.2).

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 20 March 2009; or

(b) if registered after 20 March 2009, the day after registration.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2008 (No.2)

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2008 (No.2).
