Part 1Preliminary

1Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2008 (No. 4) .

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 1 November 2008; or

(b) if these Rules are registered after 1 November 2008 – on the day after they are registered.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2008 (No. 2)

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2008 (No. 2).
