Part 1Preliminary

1.Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2008 (No. 3) .

2.Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 20 September 2008; or

(b) if these Rules are registered after 20 September 2008 – on the day after the Rules are registered.

3.Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2008 (No. 2)
