1. Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2007 (No. 3).

1. Commencement

These Rules commence on 1 August 2007.

Schedule A amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2007 (No. 2) made on 25 June 2007, as amended (the Benefit Requirements Rules).
