Private Health Facilities Act 2007

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to require the licensee of any private health facility to provide a statistical statement to the Ministry of Health each month. Currently, only the licensee of a maternity (level 1 or level 2) class private health facility is subject to this requirement.
This Regulation is made under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007, including section 65

(the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Private Health Facilities Amendment (Statistical
Statements) Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 August 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Private Health Facilities Regulation 2010

Clause 22 Information to be provided by licensees

Omit “maternity (level 1 or level 2) class” from clause 22 (1).
