The Administrator, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to correct cross-references to certain licensing standards that apply to cosmetic surgery class private health facilities.

This Regulation is made under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007, including section 65 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Private Health Facilities Amendment (Licensing Standards)
Regulation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Private Health Facilities Regulation 2017

Schedule 2 Licensing standards

Omit “Clauses 79–83” from clause 18 (2). Insert instead “Clauses 81–85”.
