Private Health Facilities Amendment (Fees)

Private Health Facilities Act 2007

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2010 to increase the following fees in relation to a private health facility:

(a)	the application fee for a licence,
(b)	the application fee for the request for an extension of an approval in principle for a licence,
(c)	the annual licence fee,
(d)	the application fee for the transfer of a licence,
(e)	the application fee for the approval of alterations or extensions to clinical areas of licensed facilities,
(f)	the application fee to amend a licence,
(g)	the application fee for a review of a decision of the Secretary of the Ministry of Health.

This Regulation is made under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007, including sections 6 (2) (f), 8 (4),
14 (1), 15 (3) (b), 16 (2) (b), 17 (2) (e), 24 (2) (b) and 65 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Private Health Facilities Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
