The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Private Agents (Interim)

Regulations 2002 to 30 March 2003.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 4(2) and 51 of the Private Agents Act 1966.

3. Extension of expiry date

In regulation 29 of the Private Agents (Interim) substitute "30 March 2003".
