1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Privacy (Private Sector) Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 June 2002.

3Amendment of Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001.

insert

3AState authorities treated as organisations (Act s 6F)

For section 6F of the Act, the following authorities of New South Wales are prescribed:

  • (a)

    Australian Inland Energy Water Infrastructure;

  • (b)

    Country Energy;

  • (c)

    EnergyAustralia;

  • (d)

    Integral Energy Australia.
