Made under the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The following provisions of the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 come into operation on 1 July 2025 —

• (a)

  Part 2 (but only Division 12);

• (b)

  Part 3 (but only Division 8);

• (c)

  Parts 4 and 5.
