PRISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Prisons Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1991.

Schedule amended

2. The Schedule to the Prisons Regulations 1982* is amended in Form 1 by deleting "Analyst of the Chemistry Centre (WA)" and substituting the following —

being a person appointed as an analyst under the Health Act 1911

and employed at the Chemistry Centre (WA)
