Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1 . This Act may be cited as the " Prisons (Amend
| ment) | Act, 1 9 1 8 . " ' |
2 . The following section is inserted, and shall be read next after section nineteen of the Prisons Act,
1 8 9 9 : —
19A. Every person who conveys or attempts to convey any letter or document, or any article what ever into or out of any prison, in contravention of
any regulation made under this Act, shall on con
viction be liable to a penalty not exceeding ten
pounds.
