B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as" The Prisoners'Short title Parole Act Amendment Act of 1943," and shall be read as :!truction. one with *"The Prisoners' Parole Act of 1937," .herein referred to as the Principal Act. (2.) .The Principal Act and this Act may be ~ ollective collectively cited as "The Prisoners' Parole Acts, 1937 tItle. to 1943."
