No. IV.

Books and other such Publications as hereinafter mentioned within the Colony of New South Wales Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof That from and after the passing of this Act the selling or offering for sale any Printed Books Pamphlets Periodicals or other Printed Publications shall be exempted from the provisions of the said Act in the same manner as if the same had been expressly included within the proviso or exemption contained in the twenty-third section of the said Act.
