1997 at p. 3249 by deleting the item in the Schedule to the proclamation relating to Princess Royal
Boat Harbour Mooring Control Area and substituting the following item—

Princess Royal Boat Harbour Mooring Control Area Location 7601 on Department of Land Administration Plan 16463, other than that portion of the territorial waters shown coloured green on plan L.A.W.A. 1141, and comprising an area of about 53 hectares.
