Prince Alfred College Incorporation (Variation of Constitution) Amendment Act 2010

An Act to amend the Prince Alfred College Incorporation Act 1878.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Prince Alfred College Incorporation (Variation of Constitution) Amendment Act 2010.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

3Amendment of section 19 – Variation of Constitution

Section 19(4)—delete subsection (4) and substitute:

  1. (4)

    A variation must be passed by at least three quarters of the members of the Council (and if the calculation of three quarters of the members results in a fraction, that fraction will be rounded up).
