This regulation may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Vesting of Property and Assumption of Liabilities—Atherton Tableland Maize Marketing Board) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Appointed day and specified association (s 40 of the Act) 2. For the purposes of section 40(2) of the Act, in relation to the winding up of the Atherton Tableland Maize Marketing Board— (a) the appointed day is 1 March 1994; and (b) the specified association is Athmaize Producers’ Co-operative Association Limited.
