This regulation may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (The Rice Marketing Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Order in council amended 2. This regulation amends the order in council under the Act mentioning The Rice Marketing Board gazetted on 30 September 1989 at page 831. ˙ Amendment 3.(1) The order in council, heading, ‘10th NOVEMBER, 2001’— omit, insert— ‘30 October 1997’. (2) The order in council, ‘Tenth day of November, 2001’— omit, insert — ‘30 October 1997’ (3) The order in council, ‘And the Honourable’ to ‘herein accordingly’— omit. ˙ Repeal 4. The order in council expires on 31 October 1997.
