This regulation may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Queensland Cane Growers’ Organisation) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Queensland Cane Growers’ Organisation) Regulation 1987 . ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Zones for electing members to certain mill suppliers’ committees) 3. Schedule 3, section 4(2)— omit, insert — ‘ (2) Zone 2—1 member elected by growers holding assigned lands in the parishes of Barron, East Barron, Ellerbeck, Glenbora, Malanda, Meunga, Tinaroo, Tyson and Woomunda.’.
