2 Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Egg Marketing Boards Extension) (No. 3) No. 349, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Egg Marketing Boards Extension) Regulation (No. 3) 1993 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this regulation— “Central Queensland Egg Marketing Board” means the board constituted under the order in council, dated 9 January 1947, made under the Act; “Egg Marketing Board” means the board constituted under the order in council, dated 14 January 1926, in force under the Act. ˙ Extension of period of office 3. The period of office of the members of— (a) the Central Queensland Egg Marketing Board; and (b) the Egg Marketing Board; extended to 30 September 1993 by the PrimaryProducers’OrganisationandMarketing(EggMarketingBoardsExtension)Regulation(No.2)1993 , is further extended to 31 December 1993.
