s1 2 s4 Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Dissolution and Repeals) No. 228, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Dissolution and Repeals) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Dissolution dates 2. The dissolution date under section 40(11) of the Act for the Butter Marketing Board and the Cotton Marketing Board is the day this regulation commences. 1 ˙ Repeals 3.(1) The subordinate legislation concerning the boards mentioned in the schedule notified or published in the gazette on the days set out in the schedule, parts 1 and 2 is repealed. (2) The other subordinate legislation made under the Act in the schedule, part 3 is repealed. ˙ Expiry of regulation 4. This regulation expires the day after it commences. 1 Section 40 (Vesting of property and assumption of liabilities) of the Act. An order in council published in the gazette on 30 June 1990 at page 1337 fixed 30 June 1990 as the appointed day for the Butter Marketing Board under section 40(2). See also the previous section 56 of the Act (Validation of order in council), inserted by StatuteLaw(MiscellaneousProvisions)Act1994 , schedule 1, item 122. An order in council published in the gazette on 7 October 1989 at page 1048 fixed 9 October 1989 as the appointed day for the Cotton Marketing Board under section 40(2).
