2 Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Constitution of Queensland Cane Growers’ Council) Order 1991 _____________________ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Constitution of Queensland Cane Growers’ Council) Order 1991 . Interpretation 2. In this order in council— “the Act” means the PrimaryProducers’OrganisationandMarketingAct 1926. Repeal 3. The order in council in relation to the constitution of the Queensland Cane Growers’ Council published in the Gazette on 14 November 1981 at page 1141 is repealed. Constitution of Queensland Cane Growers’ Council 4. The district cane growers’ executives listed in the Schedule are authorised to appoint the number of representatives to represent them on the Queensland Cane Growers’ Council as specified opposite their names. Amendment of s.30(4) and 30(5) of the Act (Mill suppliers’ committee and District cane growers’ executives) 5. Sections 30(4) and 30(5) of the Act are amended as set out in this order in council.
