This notice may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Commercial Fishers General Levy) Notice (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Amount of levy—Act, s 30F 2. Under section 30F(10)(b) of the Act, the general levy made on members of commercial fishermen’s local branches is $470.00. ˙ Payment of levy 3.(1) The levy must be paid— (a) if the member holds a commercial fisher licence issued under the Fisheries Act 1994 —on issue or renewal of the licence; and (b) if the member holds a primary or tender commercial fishing boat licence issued under the Fisheries Act 1994 —on issue or renewal of membership; and (c) if the member holds a Torres Strait Master Fisherman’s Licence issued under the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984 (Cwlth)—on issue or renewal of membership. (2) The levy must be paid to the Secretary, Queensland Commercial Fisherman’s Organisation 1 or the Queensland Fisheries Management Authority. 2 ˙ Repeal 4.
