This notice may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Commercial Fishers General Levy) Notice 1995 . ˙ Amount of levy—Act, s 30F 2. Under section 30F(10)(b) of the Act, the general levy made on members of commercial fisherman’s local branches or commercial fisher’s local branches is $421. ˙ Payment of levy 3.(1) The levy must be paid— (a) if the member holds a master fisherman’s licence continued in force under the Fisheries Act 1994 or a commercial fisher licence issued under that Act—on issue or renewal of the licence; and (b) if the member holds a commercial fishing vessel licence continued in force under the Fisheries Act 1994 or a primary or tender boat licence issued under that Act—on issue or renewal of membership; and (c) if the member holds a Torres Strait Master Fisherman’s Licence issued under the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984 (Cwlth)—on issue or renewal of membership. (2) The levy must be paid to the Secretary, Queensland Commercial Fisherman’s Organisation 1 or Queensland Fisheries Management Authority. 2 ˙ Repeal 4.
