This notice may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Commercial Fishers General Levy) Notice 1994 . ˙ Amount of levy—Act, s 30F 2. Under section 30F(10)(b) of the Act, the general levy made on members of commercial fisher’s local branches is $407. ˙ Payment of levy 3.(1) The levy must be paid— (a) if the member holds a Master Fisherman’s Licence issued under the Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Act 1982 —on issue or renewal of the licence; and (b) if the member holds a Queensland Commercial Fishing Vessel Licence issued under the Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Act 1982 —on renewal of membership; and (c) if the member holds a Torres Strait Master Fisherman’s Licence issued under the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984 (Cwlth)—on renewal of membership. (2) The levy must be paid to the Secretary, Queensland Commercial Fishermen’s Organisation, 1 or Queensland Fisheries Management Authority. 2 ˙ Repeal 4.
