This order in council may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing Amendment Order (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Amended Act 2. The PrimaryProducers’OrganisationandMarketingAct1926 is amended as set out in section 3. ˙ Amendment of s.30 (Sugar industry) 3.(1) Section 30(4)— omit ‘ Hambledon .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Hambledon, via Cairns ’. (2) Section 30(5)(c)— omit, insert — ‘ (c) the Cairns District Cane Growers’ Executive— (i) 2 representatives of the suppliers to the Babinda Central Sugar Mill; and (ii) 2 representatives of the suppliers to the Mulgrave Central Sugar Mill; ’. ˙ Repeal 4.
